The municipal level network of child clubs has been formed in Hetauda municipality on May 25.

In a programme organised by Hetauda municipality and CWIN Child Helpline, representatives of all municipal level child clubs in the municipality formed a network and elected Sunil Neupane as president, Binita Paudel as vice-president, Umesh B.Ka as secretary, Usha Tolange as joint secretary, Ashmita Pokhrel as treasurer and other 8 members. 50 children and child protection committee members had participated in the programme.

Dhurba Bahadur Bhujel, Social Development Officer at Hetauda Municipality said the network was formed in order to support the campaign to make the child friendly Hetauda municipality. He also committed to continuing support to the child clubs in upcoming days.

Jhabindra Gyawali, Programme Officer at CWIN Helpline- Hetauda presented a directive for the network.
